- You will also a receive an order confirmation mail from us and the CC Avenue.
- The tracking details will be mailed to you, once the product is dispatched.

Within India: There is no additional charges for shipping within India. Estimated time of delivery is 4-6 business days.
International orders: We ship worldwide at nominal rates. After the Billing and shipping details are entered, the shipping rate for that particular country gets applied in the Total order cost before proceeding to the payment. Estimated time of delivery is 10- 14 business days.
Shipping charges per saree to other countries are as below;

- We have a hassle-free return policy. If in case you are not happy with your purchase, We will issue an exchange option. The package has to be sent back to us in its shipped condition within 7 days of receipt.
- Please note shipping charges will be borne by the customer for exchanges.
- Do we have any retail outlets- No, we only sell online.
- Can a saree be re-made- It is completely based on the availability of the raw materials. However when the status shows “sold”, there is an option below to enter the email address. Once this is done and “notify me” button is clicked, we shall get back to you on its availability or with the similar available products.
- Care Instructions: We recommend dry-cleaning for all our products. Please avoid exposure to water, chemicals and organic substances. Dry-cleaning is compulsary on the first wash of all Dyed fabrics such as (Embroidered sarees, Dupion, Tussar, crepe, Chiffon, Georgette). Pure materials needs to be dry-cleaned always.
- Our sarees measure 5.5 mts and we provide separate blouse pieces of 1mt with the saree.
